Driving in dusty environments can allow particles to enter the filtration system, clog the filter, wear down turbo blades. and cause excessive wear on cylinders and piston rings leading to reduced performance and increased oil consumption.
Over time, sealing issues can develop in the plastic tube holding the filter: deformations caused by filter blockages or overheating can result in partial sealing between the filter and its housing. This may cause the housing to warp and lose its seal, allowing sand and dust to enter the engine directly.
Our solution – a CNC-machined aluminum sleeve – is installed in the filter housing tube, preserving its original shape and ensuring a perfect, permanent seal even under heavy load or clogging conditions. This prevents dust from entering the engine, extends engine life, and maintains performance over time.
